Payment Terms

30% advance – required to confirm the booking (non-refundable).

60% – payable on the first function date, before coverage begins.

10% – upon delivery of all final deliverables.

Delivery Timeline

Edited Photos – within 45 working days.

Highlight Film – within 60 working days.

Traditional Video – within 60 working days.

Wedding Album – within 25–30 working days after photo selection by the client.

Travel & Accommodation

For events outside Delhi/NCR, travel and accommodation arrangements for the Just Clicker team must be made by the client.

Raw Data & Revisions

Raw files will be transferred via external hard drive (to be provided by the client).

2 rounds of video edits are included. Any additional revisions will be chargeable.

Promotional Use (Optional)

Just Clicker may use select images and videos for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes, unless otherwise specifically requested by the client in advance.
